Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate
The TELL program equips students with the knowledge and skills to teach English to non-native speakers and bilingual learners, preparing them for certification as “Teacher of English Learners” (1562) or “Bilingual Teacher” (1561) through the Delaware Department of Education.
