Dual degree in MA TESOL / M.Ed

This dual-degree Program implements the objectives of both programs being combined i.e. MA TESOL/Bilingual Education program and M. Ed. in Educational Leadership. In collaboration with the State of Delaware, the purpose of Delaware State University’s Master of Education (M. Ed.) in Educational Leadership program is to prepare educators for prominent leadership and service positions in Schools and other educational institutions. Through a rigorous educational foundation and directed field experience, students emerge as viable candidates for leadership positions.

Minimum Admission Requirements

GPA: 2.0 minimum

Standardized testing requirement: Not Applicable

English Proficiency Testing: English proficiency testing is required for 1. people whose undergraduate education was not in the US and 2. people from non-English speaking countries, and 3. non-English speakers generally. However, if a student did their undergraduate education in the U.S., then they do not need to submit a TOEFL.
