DSU The EdD in Educational Leadership in Higher Education is a Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED) designed for professionals in faculty, student affairs, academic administration, and other education-adjacent roles. Delivered through weekend cohorts and synchronous online instruction, this program emphasizes educational equity, inclusive leadership and practice, critical social justice, and adult learning and development. Graduates will gain the skills necessary for effective organizational leadership, policy development, and social justice advocacy in higher education, preparing them to navigate the complex, diverse environments of post-secondary institutions.
