Teaching online from anywhere
Rolling pool

Online Adjunct Faculty

eHBCU maintains a rolling pool of part-time online adjunct faculty who teach across the consortium.

This is a fit for working professionals and practitioners who want to teach without leaving their field, and for experienced faculty who want to reach adult learners, career changers, and students who are often the first in their family to earn a degree.

How it works

Teach on your terms

One application, many institutions

One application is reviewed for opportunities at multiple member institutions instead of a separate hiring process at each school.

Fully remote and asynchronous

Courses span business, technology, health-related disciplines, and more, and are taught through established learning management systems.

Rolling review, no deadline

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and matched to openings as courses become available, so there is no single deadline.
